[저널25방송 윤상호 대표기자] 인천광역시 계양구는 오는 11월 24일부터 12월 3일까지 10일간 ‘2025년 제3회 소통박스’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

‘소통박스’는 민선 8기 소통행정 강화 정책의 일환으로, 구민 의견을 직접 듣고 구정에 반영하기 위한 참여형 시책 사업이다. 계양구는 지난 2023년부터 이 사업을 운영해 오며 구민 체감형 정책 발굴에 초점을 맞춰왔다.

올해 소통박스는 지역 행정복지센터, 보건소, 산하기관 등에서 현장 설문 방식으로 진행되며, 구민들이 체감한 2025년 주요 현안과 사업 가운데 ‘대표뉴스’를 선정하는 방식으로 운영된다. 이를 통해 계양구는 내년도 정책 방향 설정에 필요한 다양한 의견을 수집한다는 계획이다.

또한, 네이버폼을 활용한 온라인 설문도 병행해 다양한 연령층의 참여를 폭넓게 받을 예정이다. 설문 기간 동안 구청 홈페이지, 블로그, SNS, 카카오톡 채널 등 여러 온라인 매체를 통해 홍보도 강화된다.

그동안 계양구는 소통박스를 통해 ▲전년도 구정 성과 평가 및 향후 추진 희망 사업 ▲가족친화 여가 공간 조성 등 생활밀착형 의견을 집중 수렴해 왔다. 수집된 의견은 분야별 정리 후 전 부서에 공유되며, 정책 방향 설정과 사업 개선의 기초자료로 적극 활용되고 있다.

계양구 관계자는 “앞으로도 주민이 체감하는 소통행정을 강화하고 다양한 현장 의견을 구정에 반영해 만족도를 높이겠다”며 직접 소통 중심의 정책 발굴 의지를 강조했다.

Incheon’s Gyeyang-gu District announced that it will operate the “2025 3rd Communication Box” for 10 days from November 24 to December 3.

The Communication Box initiative is part of the 8th popularly elected administration’s policy to strengthen citizen-centered communication, designed to directly collect residents’ opinions and reflect them in municipal governance. Since launching the program in 2023, Gyeyang-gu has focused on identifying policies that residents can genuinely feel and benefit from.

This year’s Communication Box will be conducted through on-site surveys at local Community Centers, public health centers, and affiliated institutions. Residents will participate by selecting “Representative News” among the major issues and projects they experienced in 2025, helping the district gather diverse insights necessary for planning next year’s policies.

In addition, an online survey via Naver Form will be provided to encourage participation across various age groups. The district also plans to expand its promotional outreach through its official website, blog, social media platforms, and KakaoTalk channel throughout the survey period.

Gyeyang-gu has previously used the Communication Box to collect public feedback on areas such as evaluating the previous year’s municipal outcomes, identifying desired policy directions, and proposing family-friendly leisure spaces. Submitted opinions are categorized by field and shared with all departments, and actively utilized as foundational reference material for policy development and project improvement.

A district official stated, “Gyeyang-gu will continue strengthening communication-based governance and further enhance satisfaction by collecting diverse on-site opinions and applying them directly to municipal policies.”
